First off I really love my Dodge Durango! The sales staff at this dealer were extra helpful with my buying experience. They were never to pushing or overbearing. I drove over 2 hours from Indiana to buy this vehicle. They had exactly what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Thanks again Terry Henricks staff for all your help and expertise.

Terry Hendricks by far is the best dealer I been to. they have very friendly staff and they do not pressure you at all. I have normally gone here for the past 10 years for repairs and service work and always had a good experience so i decided to buy a vehicle from them. I know numerous people that have bought from them along with family also. I found a truck i liked and everything went great. From the sales staff to the finance department. Got it home and was going through how to use all the options and electronics when I realized not all the options listed were actually included on the truck. Not only was this listed in the features in all capital letters. It was wrote out, by the dealership themselves, in all capital letters in the sellers notes about the vehicle. It was Highlighted twice that it had this option. Why would I think it didn't come with this. It said it had a spare tire but I didn't ask about it but you can believe i checked after that. I contacted the salesman but obviously there is always going to be the disclaimer to fall back on, which they did. I was told, had I asked about the option verbally they would have caught the mistake before i bought it and told me it didn't come with it. In the end, nothing was done and I was under the assumption they were just ok with me being unhappy about this. There were also 2 more things that happened with a broken radio button, and the windshield washer fluid line being broke but they did take care of those issues. I'm not saying someone should or shouldn't use this dealership as this is one of the first times i have had issues. I am saying, be careful and if it says the vehicle comes with it, then make the salesman show it to you. Especially if its something you were counting on. I wouldn't trust the list they have wrote out. Misrepresenting options may not happen very often but my only hope is I can save someone else from being disappointed when looking forward to something.
