Fantastic is the only word that fits........

As a long time GM guy I was not happy going to the Ram dealer but, on a dare I did. Too say I was blow away would be putting it lightly. The Ram is the best truck I have ever driven and the dealer is by far one of the best I have dealt with in years. They go out of their way to service you before,during and after the sale. I truly have never heard of such. I would recomend them to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! cj

One of a kind!

For many years,I have been a true and loyal customer of another popular line of pickup trucks. I started looking around dealerships and came to Kimberly Car City to test drive a Ram truck. My salesman [ Rick Gilbreath ] took all the time to answer my questions I needed to be completely satisfied. No sales pressure just a great product line that sells it self. I will surely do business again when I need my next vehicle. Great experience !

In June of 2012, we had our Chrysler Sebring in for...

In June of 2012, we had our Chrysler Sebring in for diagnostic testing--the car was running sluggishly and our mechanic did not have the equipment to do the proper diagnostics. The dealership charged us a bundle for one level of testing, then proceeded to perform more tests that we did not authorize. When we told them we had not asked for these additional tests, they charged us anyway and would not release the car until it was paid. Even with all that expensive testing, they did not find the actual problem. Now--six months and three mechanics later, we finally discovered the problem, but in the meantime it has cost us hundreds in repairs! If they were any kind of mechanics, they would have discovered the right problem the first time. And despite repeated attempts to get justice, they have refused to do anything. At this point, I would happily give them the car for the $3,000 I am out and they can do whatever the xxxx they want with it. But they don't care and they show that they don't care--ripping off a disabled couple on a fixed income and refusing to make it right!!!! Shame on them!

Outstanding Service and Great Value!

I had been looking for a very specific type of car for quite a while. I could not find anything within my budget, until I saw a vehicle listed by Kimberly Car City that almost fell in the category of "too good to be true". I emailed back and forth with Amanda Ruark and she provided me with extensive information on the vehicle, down to the individual "marks" on the paint and detailed ownership history. Not only was the vehicle a great value, but the customer service from research to compleating the transaction was OUTSTANDING! The sales person (Rick Gilbreath) was extremely helpful, providing information without even the slight hint of "pushiness". Eventhough it is a 130-mile drive for us, I will definitely go back to Kimberly Car City when I'm ready to replace another one of our cars.

We Agreed On A Price, But I Told Them That My Wife Would...

We Agreed On A Price, But I Told Them That My Wife Would Have To See It First, Joey Told Me To Take It Home For The Weekend And Call Him Monday And Let Him Know What The Wife Thought Of The Car, I Called Him Monday And Told Him That The Wife Loved It And I Would Be There After Lunch That Day To Do The Paper Work When I Got There He Told Me That The Sales Manager Thought They Were Selling It Too Cheep And The Price Jumped $995.00 When They Found Out That My Wife Liked The Car The Price Went Up $995.00! Not Something You Would Expect From A Reputable Dealership I Walked Away Without The Car
