Outstanding customer service
The sales staff is customer focused. The sales and financial associates were so helpful. Rick Gilbreath called us, and found the exact car we wanted, at a great price. We live outside the Quad Cities, and Rick made it so easy for us. Every thing was waiting for us, the day we picked up our new car, no wasted trips back and forth between the dealership and our house.

Great buying experience
This place was great,Rick Gilbreath went over the top to ensure I got every penny in rebates and any other discount. The finance guy even did everything he could to ensure we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. I have no reason to go anywhere else. I truly felt like they wanted to earn my business not just wanting to get everything in my wallet.

Purchase 2015 Chrysler 200C
Sales staff are excellent. The Service Manager(s) are still will below average in terms of helpfulness, friendliness, and being customer focused. While customers are not always right they are ALWAYS the customer - they are the guy/gal paying the bill. This has been a problem with Kimberly for many years. Don't know when the actually plan on getting Service Managers who are pleasant. Oh, the service techs seem to be excellent, too.

Bill Burton - key to successful client experience!
I live in Manitoba CANADA. I was in Davenport visiting a College with my daughter on a Thursday. Driving in, my Dodge Journey just lost all power. We had it towed to Kimberly. Although there were a lot of variables to ensure we could get back on the road, Bill Burton coordinated the parts ordering (as the part was not stocked), ensured it got there on time, booked mechanic to ensure we could make it back home for another important commitment. He sensed how important this was for us. This was my first time at Kimberly, and he made sure we were taken care of and delivered his promise with a sense of small town security.

Just purchased our third vehicle from Kimberly Car City. The selection and quality of selections in used cars are among the best in the region.
