I bought a used subaru from Ralphs auto. Andy and Tammi were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the process. I would recommend this business to anyone looking to buy a used car.

I recently purchased a 2004 Jeep Wrangler from Andy at Ralph's. Although it was about a 40 mile drive, I choose to travel to Ralph's based on customer reviews and their description of the Jeep. I found the Jeep exactly as it was described and took it for a test drive. I put a hold on the Jeep with the promise that their service dept would fix some minor issues with the vehicle. The response was quick and two days later, I returned to complete the purchase. I drove the vehicle again, Andy came through with his promise and I left a very happy customer in my new Jeep. I would recommend Ralph's to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. 5 Stars!

I purchased a car at Ralph's, a few months ago and the whole process was pleasant. The car, as presented was immaculate. They popped on the plates and sent me on my way for a test drive. The car was to my liking, we agreed upon a couple of preventative maintenance items, that I requested, a price, and the deal was done! During the warranty period, one minor problem surfaced. A new part was ordered and installed without hesitation. Both the sales and service folks are friendly and accommodating. A good place to do business!!

Wow! Best car buying experience ever (including purchasing new cars). Great customer service. Ralph waiting late in the day for me to arrive so that I could see the car I was interested in. Andrew was superb in working on the sale. He gave me a fair price on my trade, made sure that the car was in perfect condition for pick up and took care of all the required paperwork. There was no pressure or exhaustive haggling. The whole experience was pretty much stress free. Prices were reasonable and customer service was exceptional. I highly recommend.

Can't say enough about the whole process of purchasing a car from Ralph's. Helpful without being pushy, and attention to detail when preparing their vehicles- Ralph's is a great place to buy a car!

I search the internet for a car in my budget! To my surprise there were a few cars at Ralphs I might be interested in and conveniently just down the street. Went in a Saturday and picked up my car on Tuesday. Andrew was awesome every step of the way! He took my phone calls and worked diligently to answer all my questions. Had my car ready two days before schedule and I am now a happy New/used Toyota owner! Keep up the good work Andy! YOU ROCK!

Have been buying cars from them for years...absolutely amazing customer service...never had any problems with any of their cars...repairs always done with superior care and they r all on point to call n let us know what is going on and when things can be done...we love ralphs and will not fo anywhere else especially for service....

Friday I visited Ralph's to look at a vehicle since mine was totaled the previous week and needed one as soon as possible. I looked at a few but the jeep caught my eye. Yesterday (Monday) I purchased a 2012 Jeep Patriot Latitude. Since banks are closed on weekends, Andrew prepped all my paperwork and had the jeep in the shop for the maintenance even before I had a bank check. Knowing I needed the vehicle before Wednesday, so he put it to the top of the shops priority and made sure everything was perfect since I have a 2 month old son. He made everything so easy and he really treated me like family. Never cut corners on saying where he got it from , what was done to it etc. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from them and my family has purchased two others from them in previous years. I can never go wrong with Ralphs. Always welcomed as if you're family with exceptional service!!!!

Andrew was so professional and knowledgeable. It was a long drive for us to go to Ralph's but so worth it. Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had (not just car buying). I recommend my family to come here when they need a used car.
