I bought a Subaru Legacy Outback in January. I wanted to wait for the near end of the 90 day warranty period before I wrote the review. The car I purchased was clean and drives well. I was surprised by the power during highway driving. It was very smooth at high speeds. I like to listen to my own music so while on route back to Cambridge from the dealer I felt and still feel very comfortable. The staff (including Andrew, Ralph, Tami and David) were all very nice and professional and answered any and all questions to my satisfaction. One small concern I had was the list of features attributed to the car, in particular the keyless entry and alarm. Andrew provided the means to square that away without any drama. Thanks to all of you at the dealership. I expect to write an additional positive review at the one year anniversary of having the car.

I recently bought a subaru outback from Ralph's, from salesman Andrew Medeiros. Andrew was very professional and knows how to treat a prospective customer. I was happy to be given full latitude and time to have my car inspected thoroughly before making my decision. Andrew and staff promptly fixed small defects/repairs needed on the vehicle, so it was in its best possible condition before sale. I was also given immediate consideration 1 week after my purchase to get a small concern checked out . I felt like the objective was to ensure the customer was satisfied with the vehicle, as opposed to just pushing the car out the door with the customer uncertain. Finally, the purchase process was quick and easy. An overall good experience. If you want a good used car from trustworthy professionals, come see Andy and the gang at Ralph's!

My husband and I recently purchased a P T Cruiser from Andy and Company and after a couple of months I must say we are very happy with our car and Ralph's service.We had to bring t in for a minor tire issue and the service department was prompt curtious and solved the issue. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair shake if your buying a used car.

We bought a 99 Ford Escort for our daughter as her first car - Andrew was great to deal with and made the whole process very easy. He went out of his way - An hour and a half just to deliver the car to us!!! Definitely will buy another car there.

I just bought a Toyota from Andrew Medeiros. He was a very good sales person. I felt no pressure to buy a car. He helped me choose one with low mileage for my grandson in Rhode Island and delivered it personally to his house. I put a deposit on the car. Because there was an illness in the family, I reneged on the sale but my grandson wanted that specific car, I paid the balance. Andrew was very understanding. He did an excellent job. I just purchased a car from Andrew at Ralph's and I can not say enough nice things about him or the overall experience. There were no gimmicks, or exaggerations of the car I saw online; a 2006 Chrysler Sebring with just under 11000 miles on it. We were the 1st to see and test drive the car with nothing but a call and a promise that we would be. A light and a little bit of trim detailing on the door was fixed without a blink, and Andrew even put a new battery in the car before I picked it up. I will be recommending Ralph's to everyone!
