I bought a certified pre owned Jeep grand Cherokee limited from them. At purchase they showed me a car fax report for minor damage to the back corner. But upon refinancing it came back with to accidents being reported prior to my purchase! One being a front end accident and that the vehicle had been purchased at an action which they stated came in as a lease. I purchased it With low mileage. When it reach about 65k it started having issues over heating. Took it to a Jeep dealer in SC and found out that the water pump and cylinder had were bad due to someone putting stop a leak in the vehicle. Causing NOW none stop engine issues. Went from those to a crank shaft having to be replaced. To now even more engine issues where oil is back flowing into the air filter. Leaving me no options but to trade it in!

The service department was awesome. They checked in with me frequently to let me know the status and kept me updated on the timeline. No guessing. All of the team were friendly and courteous. Strongly recommend this service dept

Great experience buying from capital Chrysler even from out of state mostly over Emails with Steve and Shira there sales team answering all my questions and concerns and when we got to capital Chrysler Shira greeted us with ice cold water and took us right out to see the Jeep they had all ready for us to road test the Jeep was all that they said it was and more we purchased the Jeep And drove home the same day thank u Steve and Shira I’m very happy with my purchase!

I was looking to trade my Jeep Wrangler in for a Gladiator and delt with a gentleman by the name of Phil. I was given a value for my jeep that was in my opinion really low. This is fine as they have to make money. I decided to pass on the deal only to have Phil call me on a spoofed phone number to tell me i do not know about cars and values and i will not get what i wanted in an angry manner. I was polite and straight to the point as I did not want to deal with him and that angered him more. It seems an educated buyer is something the sales team does not like. Please stop using spoofed numbers to contact people when your sales pitch fails.
