Regular service and re-call correction.

Made appointment for regular maintenance and re-call correction. I was taken in the bay even though I was a few minutes late, and promptly serviced. I was very satisfied.

Lovely work!

I originally purchased my car in Champaign, Illinois and turned to Ray Buick for my repairs when I moved up to Chicago. I recently took my car in to be repaired. Everyone I encountered was amazing -- from the women in the front office, to the parts department, to the mechanics who do the dirty work, thank you for the amazing customer service! Will definitely be back.

ENjoyed my visist

I overall really enjoyed my visit to the location, they were very helpful and friendly write form the start. Everyone was very knowledgeable in all aspects of their various fields. I will definitely visit them again when I am in the market for another vehicle.

For Service you can't beat Ray Buick

When it comes to car care and service Ray Buick is number one. Ray Jr. answers all my questions. Keeps on top of my service for me. When I leave I know my vehicle is ready to go. No need to bring it back. Once it's fixed it's fixed. I found a one of kind dealership. Peace of mind going forward knowing that Ray Buick is there to make you happy!

Great service!

Rick Wrobel is always a pleasure to work with. My family has been going to him for years as we greatly appreciate his service. There's never any hassle which makes it an easy smooth process while making a purchase. I just wish I would've come sooner to Ray Buick. The service all around is exceptional.
