Great service and love the Wi-Fi when I am waiting

So far so good with my Lacrosse. It has been a very good car and Ray's Buick is keeping it working fine.

True Customer Service

I had a minor startup/cut off problem. Nothing registered at the time of my previous maintenance visit, but I wanted to be sure for a special event. Art, in the service department, put me at ease with patient and helpful customer service.

my oil change was completed on time and priced very reasonable. Service manager and rest of staff extremely curteous and helpful.

Oil Change Experience

I only took my car in for an oil change but it was easy to make the appointment and it was done quickly and even cheaper than Jiffy Lube.

My car was serviced quickly and and as always they did a great job. I had both regular mainenance and a problem with a door.

Helpful staff

My windshield wiper replacement wasn't a big deal but the service advisor Greg Gieselmann treated me like my GMC vehicle being maintained properly was of maximum importance to the Ray Buick staff//
