Awesome customer service. Tyler is amazing and very personable. Highly recommend this dealership. Chris, the finance manager is super real and wants you to get the best bang for your buck! There was no pressure from start to finish. I am truly satisfied with their customer service. Tyler went above and beyond to meet...No EXCEED my expectations and listened every step of the way!! Service Department

Did the 100,000 mile service for my Buick LaCrosse at Knapp. Trustworthy, reliable, timely service! Old fashioned, small town dealership, friendly and helpful. Next Buick will be from Knapp, and until then, all Buick service is done at their dealership (and I go past 2 other dealers to get there!)

Acceptable Michigan Dealership

This is my third vechicle (PT Cruiser, Blazer, Trailblazer) leased from this dealership and Adam as my contact person. Adam is personable and professional. Takes care of the little details also. Great customer service.

Awesome genuine honest

Real genuine people. Prices right inline with all other dealerships in the area. Throw in honesty and real customer service and it really is the best car buying package. Great experience! I had been in multiple dealerships looking for this car and it is possible that this is the only dealership I will return to.

Great place to purchase a vehicle.

Tylor and the sales staff at Knapp Chevrolet were very kind, efficient and fair with the selling and trade in process. I'd recommend them as a place to look for vehicle.

Never again

Over several years my family and I have purchased several new vehicles, leased vehicles and even used vehicles. Bought my 14 Silverado purchased 1-2014 from Knapp had trans issue which was covered under warranty. Wife leased 1 Equinox and purchased 1 Equinox from them as well as my daughter leased a Cruze and purchased a used Encore. I wanted to get back into an Avalanche and they could not find one at auction so I purchased one from another dealer. Bad move, as attitudes changed. Service writer on up seemed to dislike that fact. Daughters lease on her Cruise was turned in early due to stolen key fob, and the extra coverage that we paid for was not covering the missing key fob until I spoke of contacting the owner Matt Bell. We were also told on 3 separate occasions after we turned in the lease and purchased a used car as a replacement that we owed NO MORE money to GM Financial, but GM Financial kept sending us bills and it even showed up on my daughters & wifes Credit karma they owed GM Financial money until we paid more. My GM Platinum warranty purchased on my 2013 Avalanche from Knapp (vehicle purchased at another dealer) would not cover the dash breaking apart and not even a good will gesture from them to help in the repair, and all this as I worked for them being paid minimum wage to boot. Now my wife Equinox which she purchased new has rust forming on the drivers side doors and the rust proofing purchased at the time of sale refuses to cover the repairs stating they don’t cover door seams. Heck I even remember picking up the Equinox for my wife as she was working late that day and I had to hit a gas station to fill the tank. I have always received a new car with a full tank of gas. I am not going to bother with a formal complaint to GM over this. I would rather let the public know of how we were treated. You done lost several customers over this Matt Bell. Never again

Always friendly and timely. Nice clean facility with a nice clean waiting area. Very comfortable atmosphere. From our purchase and through now with our regular maintenance visits, we are very leased. Thank you.
