Prompt, efficient service

I brought my truck in on a Monday without an appointment due to a part breaking over the weekend. They found a part that would normally have to be ordered. Truck was fixed within 4 hours of dropping it off. Service desk, parts dept. and the shuttle driver were all friendly and extremely helpful.

06 Ford Fusion

service: Brought my Ford Fusion in for it's 85,000 mile check up / oil change etc. Bob B took great care of me....as usual! Your advisors Bob, John and Tom are all great, and I've had the pleasure to have worked with each one of them since 2007!

Outstanding service.

I used to live in Bloomfield, bought my Escape form you. Moved to canton so last time I needed work I gave another Ford dealership a whirl. Wasn't happy, it wasn't a bad experience, just not a good one either. This time I drove the half hour back to you. Tom is amazing. Kind and accommodating, went the extra mile to do everything he could for me at short notice. If you have a service award or employee recognition program, please consider Tom in the Bloomfield/Windsor service office.

Convenient service stop

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change first thing in the morning. Bob took me right in and there was a comfortable lounge area with coffee and tv while waiting. A shuttle ride to work was available if needed, but I chose to wait. It took a little longer than I had hoped, but hey it was Monday morning! I was out within an hour and on my way to work. Very convenient way to take care of an oil change!

Great dealer

I had my vehicle in for a few recall notices, light bulb replacement and an oil change. The technician failed to replace the correct light bulb but made good upon return visit. Although this was inconvenient, I am very happy with the prompt service.

Long-time customer has positive experiences

I bought my 2014 Escape last March and was pleased with the purchase experience. I have had the car serviced twice at 5,000 mile intervals and I am very pleased with the vehicle and my service experiences have been satisfactory.
