Wow ! This has to be the best car buying experience I...

Wow ! This has to be the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would buy a hundred more cars from Fran Scepanovich. Shes the friendliest most professional car salesperson I have ever had the privilege of working with. She took great care of me and I will come back to see her when I buy my next Cadillac. Heritage Cadillac proved to me their commitment to excellent customer service. I cant say anything bad about any aspect of my car purchasing experience. This is a 5 STAR dealership second to none ! The sales person (Fran Scepanovich) whom I worked with was very friendly, courteous and honest. I am very happy with the car -I got a great deal and finacing- I will recomend all my friends to shop at Heritage Caddillac when buying a new or used car-Also the business manager (Michael Anton) was a pleasure to work with on finacing

My family and I have been very pleased in working with Dave Fansher and Dave Phillips (Service) for serveral years. Between my two son's and I, we have leased more than fifteen(15) Cadillac's from Heritage Cadillac and found their dealership outstanding in every way. Customer's are treated like family, any service work is done expertly and on time, The quality of personnel are outstanding in every way. Dealing with Heritage Cadillac is highly recommended. Chuck and the other sales staff were extremely accommodating, informative, and honest. They were always available to answer the many questions I had regarding turning in my previous lease, and I think my new lease turned out great! Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

The sales person was great to work with. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. He also followed up with emails. We were very pleased with our purchase with this dealer and salesman and would recommend this dealer to people we know. We did not feel pressured to make a decision.

My overall experience at this dealership was great. I went in looking to buy a new car and was helped immediately by Chuck Beesley. He was very detailed about the vehicles he showed me and made my overall car buying experience easy. Very nice guy and reasonable with the price. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Cadillac. I highly recommend Chuck Beesley; he is a very helpful salesman.

We brought my 87 year old aunt in to lease a new...

We brought my 87 year old aunt in to lease a new Cadillac. Our sales person Walt Green could not have been nicer. How nice was he? I could tell that his years of being a professional car salesman came through loud and clear. He handled my aunt and all her questions like a skilled doctor taking care of a patient. He made the whole leasing experience pain free. He KNEW exactly how to handle a senior customer. His approach from beginning to end was just what my aunt expected a leasing experience at Cadillac should be. Walt's customer service was the overiding factor behind getting the leased car from Heritage. The price was secondary to my aunt. By the end of the day, my aunt wanted to lease a car from Walt...at whatever price! In this day and age, it was pure joy to walk into a car dealer and have someone as professional, kind, honest and hard working as Mr. Walt Green!

Tom Monaco and Linda Bourne always provide great service for my vehicle and Tom even gives me his car and drives mine to be serviced and returned. The service cannot be beat and it is a major reason for my purchase of Cadillac vehicles.
