My experience was terrible. The finance manager gave me a lowball offer for my trade-in. He said it was all business. So I to my business elsewhere.

Carlos Hernandez did a great job! He was friendy and very knowlegable. He took time afer the sales to explain all the fetures and benefits of the car.

I have always been treated like a member of the family. There has never once been any pressure to buy anything and i have purchased 4 new cadillacs there in the last 12 years.

Even though my husband was a Vice-President of Engineering at General Motors, we found that Chuck was professional and up on all the products. The car was delivered as promised and is a gorgeous vehicle. We can't thank Chuck enough for assisting us in our purchase, along with all the staff at Heritage Cadillac.

i found this car online they contacted me right away and when i got their the car was even better then it appeared on line, but the reason for my rating come from prior experience see i looked at this same car at six other places but the experience was not the same because the car didn't match the online description the dealerships were not as clean and the sales man didn't really care about my needs. but Glenn Uatas imediatly changed this he worked with my needs and options and did everything he could to make this sale work according to my specific needs so not only did i get the car i wanted but i had a sales person go exceedingly above and beyond my expectations.

I have purchased my past 4 cars using the autotrader.com and cars.com websites. Using this method, I located a 2008 Buick Lucerne at Heritage Cadillac. From my initial contact to get the basic information about the car to my purchase, all phases of the dealership and the buying experience were excellent. Basil Chiocca was my sales professional. He is very friendly,respectful and knowledgeable and gave me 10 star service on a scale of 5. One month later, I am very pleased with my purchase and the value I have received from the standpoint of money spent and overall car performance. The local dealerships in Northwest Indiana were not even close to being price competitive. I drove from Southwest Michigan ( 5 Total hours roundtrip) and Basil made the trip worth every mile. We contacted three dealers in our area, and Ray Gandurski got the sale because he produced the car exactly as my wife wanted it, and with all of the features that we felt were necessary. He was very helpful in the initial contact through the internet, and followed through with every question and need that we had. We got the price we felt was the right price for us, and there was no "high pressure" or the bait-and-switch tactics we received from another dealer. Ray delivered the car when he said it would be delivered, walked us through the paperwork, and took my wife through the "programing" necessary to use the functions the CTS offers. In short, Ray was very professional, offered good advice, and followed through on every question. We bought the CTS from Ray...doesn't that answer the question? Dealt with Ray on the purchase of a new CTI. This was my first Cadillac purchase and was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ray was extremely professional, knowledgeable and honest. This was a low pressure sale and the deal I received on my new CTI was fantastic. Mike in the finance dept was also excellent! I have a couple Caddy dealers that are closer to home, but these guys seem to have the best deals... I highly recommend this dealership.
