Dealer experience was excellent but the transferign of my ON Star account was terrible. This was not a falt of the Dealer it was a total screw-up by the ON STAR system. OS people tried to help and were very nice but sustem would not allow my existing number to be transfered to the new car SO I CANCELLED and will tell all I meet abpout my dis-satisfactiion with the system. To bad up to now I have enjoyed it. And it may mean I will not buy a GM product next time. That severs a 55 year owner ship of GM products. George E Morrison III

This was the second Cadillac CTS that I leased from the dealership. I went back for the second time because I like the service that I received for the first car. However,the salesman that I used to lease my 2009 CTS was no longer at the dealership. I stopped by the dealership in March on the way home from work and met Ray Gandurski. He has none of the stereotypical car salesman qualities. He is upfront and honest. He was unable to find the car I wanted, so he ordered one from Detroit. He didn't try to sell me something that I didn't want. He was professional and easy to deal with. I couldn't recommend the dealership and Ray Gandurski more highly. In fact, I am recommending him to my business partners when their lease runs out for their cars. Steve Thacker

This is my 2nd time leasing at Heritage & everyone there is amazing. They are helpful & curteous and I can't imagine going anywhere else! I listed Chuck because I know his last name but everyone in service-which I only needed for oil changes-is also great, Mike (?)the finance guy, Darren (mgr?) just everyone I met. 100 Gold Stars for everyone there.

Burell and Ken assisted me to know how to tighten the...
Burell and Ken assisted me to know how to tighten the outside mirror on my mom's Cadillac but then suggested it would be better if Heritage did the work. Since they were willing and helpful I decided to bring the car in. Ken completed the work and gave me tips on what to do keep my mom's Cadillac in great condition. It only has 52,112 miles on it and looks like new. They were so friendly and helpful they have won me as a CUSTOMER now. I reported this to Tom Monaco, Leasing and Sales Manager and he already knew Burrell and Ken's character but was glad to hear the news. What a wonderful experience at Heritage. Purchased a SUV several years ago. The truck began to experience mechanical issues The associates listed above went well beyond excellent service. They exceeded expectation to promptly resolve all issues which needed resolution. In addition, they did so in a pleasant, professional manner. A mechanical issue can be solved by many dealers but the difference here is the manner in which The Heritage dealership takes care of business. Due to their professionalism and courtesy throughout the process they have won my business long term and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

I HAD SHOPPED AROUND FOR A USED CTS AND RECEIVED A VARITY OF PRICES AND APPRAISALS FOR MY 2005 CADILLAC. I SHOULD HAVE NOT WASTED MY TIME AND WENT DIRECTLY TO HERITAGE. I TOLD MY SALES REP WHAT I WANTED, WE WORKED OUT A DEAL, I RECEIVED SEVERAL THOUSAND DOLLARS MORE FOR MY TRADE IN THAN OFERRED BY OTHERS AND I DROVE OUT WITH A NEW 2011 CTS. WE ARE VERY PLEASED WITH THE CONDITIONS AND LOVE THE CAR. TIM COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. THEY WILL CONTINUE TO HAVE MY BUSINESS IN THE FUTURE.

I was treated like a queen. Not just the salesman, who was excellent, but also the rest of the staff. The Sales Manager, Daren, was very helpful when I brounght my car back for the paint sealer application. I got the deal I wanted with a few extras thrown in. I like the fact that they have a convenient location. They have a beautiful showroom that highlights the vehicles on the showroom floor. I was shown all the details of the vehicle I chose but whithout high pressure sales tactics. It took about six months for me to fianlly decide on my SRX and one of the reasons I chose a Cadillac and this dealer was the way I was initially treated.

I purchased two pre owned cadillac's this week, a Escalade ESV and a DeVille. Both vehicles were very clean and well maintained. Basil worked with me for a while to find the right ESV as they are tough to find. I have purchased a Deville from Basil in the past and was very happy with his service then as well as now. The service department has excellent mechanics Ken, Bill and Mike should I ever need any work done. I trust all of these guys to provide the best personal service you could expect. I am very happy with the deal.

This was our second Cadillac dealership that we visited. What a huge difference from the first. From the moment that we walked in the door, everyone was friendly, there was no hastle, they made us a great deal and offer from the start. We had very little negotiations as they met our needs quickly. The car that I wanted needed to be located and they did so quickly and had it onsite from another state within the next two days. They were quick and efficient and had everything ready when we arrived to pick up the car. I would recommend this dealership to others without hesitation. Thanks for everything and I love my new Cadillac CTS Coupe!!!
