I would like to thank Karen Horvath of the N Kingville location and Steve Cook of the Conneaut location. Karen took the time to take me to Conneaut to view the used trucks available. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel as important as a new truck buyer when I was only interested in used. I found the one I liked and our process began. The general manager came to introduce himself also which reinterated how important they made someone like me feel! We then met F&I dept. who said she would have to get back to us and would contact us the next day since I had to leave for work. Imagine how disappointed I was when I heard nothing! My wife then researched online to find me a truck and made arrangements to take Saturday off to go to Cleveland area when (2) days later we finally rec'd a call to contact her. The deal was ready so I went to Conneaut to finalize the deal. Mr. Cook took the time to show me how all the options operated even though they had officailly closed by the time F&I finished. Karen contacted me that Monday to follow up and spoke with my wife. Imagine how thrilled I was to find out the first oil change is free and they also wash it for me!!!! First experience with Greg Sweet Dealerships but certainly won't be the last!

On 03/05/2015 I purchased a 2014 Traverse. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Al Coccitto. at Greg Sweet. My first vehicle was a 2010 Equinox and was 100% serviced at Greg Sweet Service Department. I am one of those people who at my age does not find spending large sums of money pleasurable. But Al, the service department, and office personnel made it exciting.
