What an amazing dealership! Everyone we met was polite, helpful, professional. From our initial contact with Coleen in locating the vehicle with all the options that my husband and I wanted on the Buick Enclave. We were so happy when Coleen called and said she found our car! Dave Anthony was so helpful showing us how the options on our new car worked. We were satisfied with our trade offer, and we love our new Buick Enclave. We purchased the car on Friday and Dave called today to see how things were going with the car and for us to call if we have any questions. Great customer service at this dealership.

I have bought 5 cars here and would buy 5 more here. I have had all of the service on all 5 done here and they are fantastic! Don't go anywhere else.

I went to Greg Sweet in Kingsville yesterday after I was pre-approved by Capital One for an auto loan. The certificate I was issued said my A.P.R. would be between 3.15 and 12.7% with no money down. Ron Bartone handled the sale and when they ran the credit app through Cap One, it said they wanted 23% A.P.R. and $1500 down. They ran it through another bank for me and got me 6.9% financing with no money down. These guys stayed an hour and a half past closing to get me out the door with a car.

I arrived at the dealership in a cab on February 12th, determined to purchase something. Karen Horvath greeted me at the door and welcomed to the dealership. I instantly felt surprisingly welcome, never felt that before at ANY dealership. Karen was fantastic from beginning to end and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Karen took great care in listening to my needs and showed me a few cars within my budget, test drove and allowed me to know the history on each of them. I ended up getting into a vehicle I liked and within the budget I asked for. Karen was the best and recommend her to guys and gals!

I went to Greg Sweet Ford-Lincoln back on November, 5, 2013. It was then I met Karen Horvath. I would not have imagined getting into a Lincoln and one I LOVED to boot! Karen kept in constant contact with me over the years, always letting me know if there was something she thought I might like at her location or Greg Sweet Chevrolet-Buick in Conneaut. Always professional, courteous, no pressure and a beautiful smile every time! I liked the way Karen's disposition and demeanor was so much I sent my Nephew (College Student) to her and he drove away in a vehicle also. I was referred to Karen Horvath as being one of the best salespeople in the industry and came VERY HIGHLY recommended by a previous customer of hers. On February 8, 2016 Karen had the vehicle I wanted to look at, a 2000 Chrysler Sebring Convertible was ready and plated when I got there. Never had that happen before! Karen was courteous, friendly, asked if we wanted anything to drink and offered a very nice area to relax when we were waiting for finance. The process went quickly and I was out in an hour. I arrived at the dealership looking to replace an older model van I was not willing to put anymore money into. Karen Horvath greeted me at the door and welcomed me in as though knowing me forever. Instantly felt relaxed by this young lady. She asked many questions about what my needs were, price range and what I liked about the van we did have. There was not a van at her Ford location and offered to drive me to their Chevrolet Buick store to see and drive one they had over there she was confident would work for me. As it turned out she was correct and enjoyed the experience. As it turned out we did not take home that day, doing our own financing so we thought........our Bank dragged their feet for a week. Karen called on a Saturday and reminded me Greg Sweet could do the financing and have us out of there in an hour. Frustrated with our Bank I decided to take her up on it. Not having a vehicle to get back to the dealership, Karen drove to my house, picked my wife and I up and drove us to the dealership. We were very happy to drive our new van home. Would recommend Karen for all your vehicle needs. Warm, friendly, not pushy and extremely professional.

Everything about my experience was great! The car I was interested in was ready for me to test drive the minute I walked in the door. As soon as I drove it I fell in love with it. The buying process was simple and all the employees helped to make sure I was receiving all of the proper features in my vehicle as well as a good deal. I am very happy with my new car and will be returning to Greg Sweet when it is time to purchase a new one!!

My entire day was saved by Joe and Mike and Jaramie (who did the manual labor)! I really did not figure I would be leaving with a different car due to a bankruptcy and not so great credit score. I was amazed at the effort they expended to accomplish what I figured was a dream. I not only left with a caravan, but I left with a freshly washed and waxed and full tank caravan!
