Our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the cars she was selling; We were very fortunate that there happened to be an Edge Titanium on the lot that had all the features we wanted. This is the fifth vehicle we have leased from this dealership.

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation

I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and routine inspection. My appointment was at 8am. I took a five minute walk to a fast food breakfast and as soon as I returned my vehicle was being parked in the lot with the work completed. I also had a reflector that needed replacing that I scheduled immediately after the pol change. I drove a mile to the Spirit Ford collision shop and they had me in and out in less than 10 minutes. Rob was great and Candice is always super nice. Both jobs done in less than 90 minutes.

Where do I start?

Where do I start?!?! First we did not receive the five wheel rotation we requested. Unfortunately that was the small issue for our visit. My wife took our Bronco the day after our oil change on a girls trip. She spent 4 day and logged about 400 miles only to return to find oil dripping. After investigating it was clear that the technician did not completely install the oil dipstick. The oil was 1 1/2 quarts low, but it didn’t just leak out. It has covered and sprayed the entire engine compartment. So I need to add this Bronco only has 4000 miles on it! Needless to say the dealership is first on my list to call tomorrow morning.
