Serv.dept.went above and beyond expectations yesterday while performing service to my truck. They got backed up on the truck lift and offered me a loaner car. I went home and mowed my yard and I then got the call, my service was completed. They didn't have to offer me a loaner car. That was superior service. We dont see that everywhere we do business

Nothing but praise for Ferrando ford world. They gave me 3 free oil changes when I purchased my car,to be used within 1 year. It was a year and 3 months and they still honored my 3rd oil change. Its a shame you get penalized for having the X plan..Dropped my trade value $6000.00.. It was apparent there was no interest in obtaining the vehicle I wanted.

They set up an appointment around my schedule and get my car checked out. They get me in an out in a reasonable time. They are wonderful to work with.
