I have always been treated fairly and with respect both by the sales team and the maintenance department. Car is now 6 years old and I have had no problems.

We have always had quality service by friendly and helpful employees at Ferrando location. We have been customers at Ferrando for over approx. 38 years. Service department and Sales have always did their best to keep us happy. I think being a loyal customer for so many years shows what awesome employees are at this location. I also like the fact the go out of their way to know you personally and you are called by name. Most of the people we deal with have work their for years and that is comforting to me to deal with the same people all the time

can’t say enough about the great service i received. i’ve been disappointed at Erie ford Service departments vs the stuart and venice florida ones we use . i’d rate them more starts if i could.

I had outstanding service from the moment I drove into the lot. The General Sales manager, Dana Greenawalt and the Service Department manager John Barney and his crew went above and beyond to handle everything in a timely manner.

Brought my car in for service was very pleased with work and time it took to complete the work although it was a simple job still had the work done way faster than expected ty all for your service kindness and I will bring it back when needed I give all ur service people 5 stars

Excellent service from Arlen. I got scheduled quickly with the service appointment. I was waited on promptly when I got there. My oil change was done in less than an hour. I’m very happy with the service at Bob Ferrando
