Just stay away from them. These people are the worst scammers. Don Marquardt and his fellow scammers won't pick up your phone once they make the sale, ring the bell and take your money.

Car purchase

I purchased a car from the salesperson named Tim. He was great and took time to make sure we liked the car before trying to sell us. After the sale he made sure we knew how to use the cars features. I would recommond him to anyone.

Oil change experience

I went in for a regular oil change on the 26the of December because I had a holiday coupon I thought would get me a good yet cheap oil change. I proceed to the customer waiting area which was quaint with a TV, drinks, and snacks. However I come to find out that I'm going to be waiting nearly two hours for this oil change to be completed, it was literally around an hour and thirty minutes, I was somewhat lenient because they had a full facility but come on! This was ridiculous and not once did they come give me a progress report. I was unbelievably unhappy with this experience and I will never go back there for service again. Amazingly I was forced to pay 33 AFTER a $10 coupon. Granted they perform a multi-point inspection. But that price and time I had to wait, which made me an hour late to work, was absolutely outrageous.

Good experiance!

Shopped for a new Outlander Sport for about six months. I was waiting for the right deal and their sales manager Nick has been talking to me via e-mial every time I had a question. I finally decided to make a move and decide to visit the delaership. It was a Saturday and they very busy. Once I picked out the right car I was on my way home in 45 minutes. The price was amazing and paperwork took 30 minutes. So far this was the best car purchasing experiance I've had!

Skeptical???

I purchased a used Cadillac from this dealer and have mixed feelings about my purchase. As soon as I wrote check to purchase car I was aggressively almost forced to drive the car off the lot even though I did not have my license plates or insurance card, which were in my trade in car in another location. I even joked with the salesman saying "you must not get paid until the car leaves the lot" and at this point became a little nervous. But I did drive off towards home. Not more than one mile lights started flashing on the dashboard informing me the coolant needs attention. I pulled in to the shop where I get my oil changed and asked one of the guys there to check the coolant. Which they did and coolant was like dirty syrup! It is supposed to be clear and a free flowing liquid. I took back to dealer and on the way the A/C warning signal started flashing. Signal informed me that the condenser has shut down due to lack of refrigerant. I pulled into service area and explained situation to my salesman who in turn gave me a song and dance story that I purchased "As-is" and that there was not anything hr could do for me. He also informed that the inspection of the vehicle when it arrived at their dealer ship indicated all was well. I then spoke with the service manager who basically said the same. I then talked to the used car manager who stood by the inspection also. Bt this point I was getting irrated and said I also made my decision to buy based on the inspection although these issues were problems that took time to become a problem and could not happen in 5 miles. He did say he would, as a FAVOR to me flush the coolant and recharge the A/C. I drove off after waiting for a good 3 hours and proceeded to drive home. Again the A/C light started to flash. I pulled over and checked the coolant and to my surprise it was just as thick and dirty as before. I went back and again spoke with the used car manager who refused to RE flush the coolant but did agree to a more through check of A/C. After another 3 hours he informs me that the A/C is fine and that it must be a sensor. Although since they are not a cadillac dealer could not tell me for sure. Moral here is do not or try not to rely heavily on these so called inspection reports and beware of salesman who are to forceful in getting the car off the lot. I feel I have been had and am not satisfied with my purchase.

Called for Information

When I called at 5:00, I spoke to a guy named Rich in the Used Internet Sales. He said the vehicle was available and to print out the ad and bring it in. He did not take my information or anything. My husband called to find out where the dealership and the person said the car was sold early that afternoon. What kind of sales department is this?

Part was not availabe (had to be ordered). Other dealers...

Part was not availabe (had to be ordered). Other dealers told me 1 week to get this part. Gary & Mike from Parts told me they could get it the next day by 9:00AM. The next day I received a call from Mike at exactly 9:00AM to let me know that he had the part (I did not have to follow-up/push as usual). I scheduled an appointment with Cheryl in Service for 1:00PM that same day and received a call from Bob in Service @ 2:00PM that same day to let me know that my Lincoln SUV was ready to be picked-up. This seems to be normal for this Parts/Service Team. I have not experienced this type of service in a very long time - maybe ever.

Upon visiting the dealer for repairs, I found all employees friendly and professioal. Although I own a welled seasoned car, that has a very low blue book value, I was treatd as a customer ready to make a $50,000 car purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealer for repairs or purchase of a car. You don't find this type of customer service in this day and time. Again, I will return.

Every experience at Napleton from buying the car there to having it serviced there has been positive. Although I wish it cost less, I guess I understand why everything is more expensive at the dealers. All in all, very, very happy with Napleton Park Ridge!
