Easy check in and prompt service. I was helped right away and the oil change and inspection was completed promptly and to my satisfaction.

I had purchased a service plan to cover oil changes on my used 2007 Lincoln Navigator. After checking in for service the service rep went through my past service calls to find any information regarding my service agreement and updated my records so they would know immediately that certain services to my car were included. I had not purchased the car through Napleton so it had caused confusion in the past. I appreciated the extra effort to make future visits to their dealership quicker and easier. I has to wait two hours while my brakes were serviced and I utilized the business center and refreshment area. Both sections of the dealership were clean, orderly, and comfortable. Believe me, spending the morning in a car dealership is not where I really wanted to be but the staff and surroundings made it as comfortable as possible.
