Best Dealership
We took our Buick in to be serviced. We had made an appointment. They got the vehicle into the service department right away as promised. 20 minutes later, everything was completed. Everyone was professional and very friendly. The vehicle was in perfect condition. We were even given a gift card to one of our local car wash centers. Norfolk Chevrolet goes above and beyond to make its customers feel special. We do not take our vehicles to any other location for service. Norfolk Chevrolet is the best! 10 Stars!! :-)

These guys have been doing all our service work on our 2018 Colorado diesel since we purchased with 3500 miles. We now have 24,500 and have had routine services done quickly, efficiently, and at a very reasonable price. Staff are all friendly and easy to talk to and work with

Chevy Traverse
Purchased a Traverse with Karrie Graesser as the sales rep. Karrie was very knowledgeable and great to work with. Very impressed when I received a call the next day to see if I had any questions or problems. I will go back to Norfolk Chevy again for a vehicle if needed.

How service department treated me. Not able to fix
The service have nothing but problems. Every time I had my vehicle worked on i would hsve to bring back with a complaint. Of things not done right. Told one time i basically did not lnow what i was talking about. All heard was bring it back.

Loan department
Not a great expiernce went with my daughter in law to co sign loan. Didnt have tax papers but bank. Statements from 4 banks showing monthly deposits that matched my 6000 a month income and expenses and what left as a balance after each month also an account with over 200000in it. Have an 850 credit score. Said it went though on friday on tues get a call they needed more from me my taxes will be done tomorrow. Either bring b in more paper work or money for the loan or r he far back. My daughter in law called her bank got the loan over the phone they needed nothing from me but to sign everything was solid. Payments less and less amount of time how could they let the car go have signed contract and title ordered in her name then 2 days later recall. Also was told our contract was shredded and we got nothing back. And the check for down payment had cleared
