Not happy the guy told me that they all had remote start,

Not happy the guy told me that they all had remote start, heated seats. I told him my license and insurance would be higher with all the convenience that won't use.

On May 27th I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze with $141,000

On May 27th I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze with $141,000 mi on it for $6,800. Within less than 30 days I put $1,300 of my own money into it after the deductible from their "extended warranty" covered a whopping $72. And then on top of that less than 30 days after that you guys ended up putting more money into it because of the coolant system. Thank you for eating that bill because it was only fair. And then less than 2 weeks after you guys fixed it it was done for. And now it's back sitting at your lot. The customer service that I experienced yesterday and trying to get out of my Chevy Cruze was uncalled for and not necessary. Andrew the sales manager shouldn't even be in sales talking to me the way he did. Not to mention putting me into a 2010 Hyundai accent was not a favor for me. It is too small to put kids with car seats in the backseat. More than one car seat. And a preteen child. If I would have known that you guys would have made a mockery out of me I would not have came there I would not have done business with you guys from the get-go. So now I'm stuck with a useless car with no AC while in heart failure and I'm supposed to just be okay with that? So needless to say I would avoid Pat McGrath at all cost because they will not rectify any situation and then they will have sales people that talk down to you because they think they're better than everybody else. And then on top of that they put you in their first junker car to get you out of their store because they know that you need a car so they're going to put you in the worst one they have on the lot. I will be getting money to buy a brand new car within the next 30 days but I would not recommend Pat McGrath to my worst enemy because the customer service and the way they treated me and instead of looking at me and my family's needs for a vehicle they just gave me the worst car the smallest car with three kids. To being in car seats and expect me to have my 11-year-old sitting in the front. Do better. In order to do better you need to know better. Customers are not always right but at the same time $7,000 is a lot of money to fork over being a single parent on top of getting screwed with the car that I had purchased. Buyer beware

I had a very positive experience at McGrath Chevy in

I had a very positive experience at McGrath Chevy in Cedar Rapids. My "team" consisted of Ben, Cody, Shawn, John & Shaunty. They all helped me purchase (My 3rd) Traverse. All 5 men were very professional, pleasant and helpful. Every step of the process was explained well. Everyone was very patient with me and my questions were answered well. I very much appreciated the time they took to explain and demonstrate some of the newer features of my vehicle also. I will definitely come back to McGrath Chevy for future purchases!
