Colton Martin was outstanding

I can honestly say I do not enjoy the car buying. I always have felt I have to be on the defense. Not wilth Colton, what I feel is that he is an extremely honest person and I truly appreciate that. I had a chance to buy a vehicle almost identical and the reason I did not was because of Colton. I knew he would be there for customer service if and when I need it. I really like the car and I am going to recommend him to people I know who are looking for a vehicle. He is A+ in my book, and I never have said that before with a car salesman in the 35 plus years I have bought cars. Thank you!

Breakdowns

If you want a used car that wont make it back home.... And you like to get the run around. This is your place. I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere.

Run, Take my advice find somewhere else

I would recommend finding a place that values your business and time. If you go here and especially if you work with Jordan, Youre sure to be pushed aside and not treated right. Of all my car buying experiences this one was so bad I had to write this review. They had me waiting all day, all day! Then just before close informed me they got a deposit an hr earlier on the car I had tried to buy all day. It was a ploy to get me to not buy the 65k used car and instead buy one of the convertible versions they cant sell. So after trying and trying to buy this car and being told to wait a little bit and ill call you back, its in the finance dept, just waiting for the number, for 8 hrs. Then at close they give you the bad news they sold it to someone else. RUN RUN RUN and if you must use them DONT USE JORDAN GAUL

great salesman

Brian was great my husband put him thru the wringer ,as he is picky we had a fun time there and all the staff were , friendly ,this was not the first car we bought from there nor will he be the last thanks for making our day fun, plus we learned a lot .I see Brian going places and doing great my husband is a jokester and picky and even after we had seen a few cars and he drove he still wanted to go out and walk the lot to make sure something didn't pop out at him we went home with a 2014 Malibu thanks for putting up with us and taking the time to make sure we went home happy ,see you in the future. all the staff asked if we needed anything and if everything was good we told them yes Brian is doing wonderful.

Actually bought a new GMC Acadia

Great experience, Kraig was great to work with. Very knowledgeable on the vehicle and told me everything I needed to know. So far everything has meet my expectations.

Latest experience was a quote for oil sending unit...

Latest experience was a quote for oil sending unit R&R. They wanted twice what i ended up paying elsewhere. Have had service before and I felt they were trying to "pad" the bill...they could not explain why I had "shop fees" when all they did was give me an estimate. Just told me "I don't know, we charge everyone the shop fee...(they) won't let us change that". Bad experience....found a new mechanic!
