Oil change feedback
Excelllent prompt service. Beth kept me up to date with the process from the time I dropped off my vehicle to the time I picked up the vehicle. Thanks for suggestion of new wipper blades. I would not have thought of that until after I was driving in the wether conditions that would made think of new ones.

Great Experience
We went into the dealership not really "needing" a new vehicle. We were just really trying to see what we could get. We had set payments we were willing to make. So happy it worked out in the end. Our salesman Ben did a fantastic job and I didn't feel like he really was trying to "pressure" us into anything we couldn't afford or didn't need. Great personal service from the Service Advisor
Eric Lorimer was excellent to work with and took very good of us. Being able to have the loaner car for the warrant work was priceless. Eric kept me advised to the status of the work as it took a week to complete. The technician even met with us to explain the problems.

Silverado Service
The service was good, but the Service Associate didn't address my request on some appearance of rust on the door threshold, she was more focused on why it wasn't GM's problem. Well it is GM's problem if I don't get my concerns addressed.

clean facilities friendly people
had a rear taillight repaired just didn't like the part cost ! had a recall on seat belt wiring and they took care of that
