Balise

Joe Klundt was the consummate professional. He was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and had a great deal of patience with me and my daughter. He was accommodating and enjoyable to work with. I dreaded thinking about the car-buying experience beforehand, but Joe made it easy and stress-free.

Simply the best!

My sales person was named Marcus and he was excellent!! He provided me with excellent customer service and informed me of all my options. I showed him cars that I was interested in and what my price range was and he lead the way. I believe he is a strong asset to the Balise company and since driving away with my car just 2 short weeks ago I have referred him to numerous people . Marcus is a strong person to have on a team. He speaks well, has a natural enthusiasm for his position and makes eye contact. Most of all he wants to make sure all customers leave with a smile. He set me up with my first oil change and even came to see me following taking the car home to make sure that I was all set and had no complaints with my vehicle. If anyway possible this portion of the survey could reach him I would just say Marcus to put it simple, you are the best! Thanks so much and God bless!

I was planning on giving up leasing but they were able to get me in a new sonata for a few dollars more a month which is still in my budget these are great cars and will continue doing business with this dealership

excellent

Chris made buying the car easy. I got a fair price for my trade and an excellent price for my new Hyundai Elantra. This is the third car that I have purchased from Balise Hyundai in Springfield, Massachusetts. I plan to return there for any future purchases and service.

Great Experience!

I typically dread the car buying experience based on past experience. Making this harder was the fact that my very reliable 2011 Hyundai Sonata was totaled in an accident, forcing me to buy a car much sooner than I wanted to. However, I have to say that I was very pleased with Balise this time around. I researched my vehicle ahead of time and had already test driven it before I came into Balise. I explained to Joe Klundt what I was looking for, and that I was at the point of getting competitive quotes. Joe was excellent... He got me exactly what I needed and allowed me to make an informed decision without trying to badger me or make additional offers as I left. Balise gave me their best price up front which is what I asked for... and it was the best offer when compared to the other dealerships I went to. Once I had decided to purchase the car from Balise, Joe provided a pleasant experience the rest of the way. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Joe!
