When i went and purchased my dodge in January this year the salesperson was nice. Even with the problem that happened which took longer to get my vehicle they kept in contact with me. I would refer other here for a vehicle.

Only give it a 1 cause we found a good vehicle at by today standards a decent price.other than that they were awful from the moment we went inside to complete paperwork.never discussed trade in they just assumed that what they wanted to give was sufficient.took hours there and 2 weeks before we had the vehicle.and the best part about it is that 3 weeks after purchasing this vehicle the checking account was hacked and stolen from.we narrowed it right down to the email the finance manager requested from my wife to his personal email because oddly enough it would not send to imperialcars.com.just beware if u choose them

Easy top notch experience from start to finish. I had a vehicle in mind upon arrival. After looking at the vehicle on the lot I was introduced to Lou Carvalho. Lou was great to work with when trying to finalize the deal. The process of negotiating the deal from start to finish was handled with professionalism and extremely easy to work with in getting the deal done. Once we agreed upon the deal I was brought over to the finance department and met Waseem who also was exceptional to work with and did his best to find the best financials to get the deal done.
