I just bought my 2nd car from Imperial and I'm sure I'll buy my 3rd there also. It was such an easy process and I owe that to Khalil Mansour. He was so helpful and explained everything completely. Buying a new car is a daunting process an he made it enjoyable.

Couldn’t have been worse
Looking for Jeep gladiator - scheduled a test drive online - hour to get there - and sales guy won’t even bring me a truck to drive …we can’t sell manual gladiator they’re on a recall….the end….

Get ready for the clown show
I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, and I feel compelled to share my negative encounter with others. I had called the dealership beforehand to inquire about a specific Jeep model they had listed on their website. The sales representative assured me that the vehicle was available and encouraged me to visit the dealership at my earliest convenience. However, upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted with the news that the Jeep I had expressed interest in had already been sold. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy exhibited by the dealership staff. Instead of being upfront with me over the phone, they wasted my time and made me drive all the way to the dealership for no reason. To make matters worse, they simply shrugged off the fact that they had given me incorrect information, offering no apology or attempt to rectify the situation. The salesperson's suggestion to "just look around for another Jeep" was not only unhelpful but also displayed a complete disregard for my time and needs as a customer. The overall attitude of the dealership staff was nothing short of a circus. It is evident that their main priority is not customer satisfaction but rather making a quick sale, regardless of the inconvenience and frustration caused to potential buyers. Their lack of professionalism and incompetence in managing customer expectations is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Imperial Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM to think twice. Save yourself the disappointment and find a dealership that values its customers and provides the level of service one would expect when making a significant purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.
