I recently leased a Ram 1500 from Imperial and I couldn't be more happy. I sat down with Marc Mastroianni to discuss my needs and wants in a truck and the process was smooth and fast. Well, I had just totaled my car and was in desperate and immediate need of a replacement vehicle. So, on the recommendation of a family member I decided to give Imperial a try. I had never considered shopping at a large new car dealer before because I had always assumed that I would pay too high of a price and I have always purchased my vehicles either privately or from smaller wholesale-type dealers. My salesman, Chris Gates, completely changed my perception. I was warmly greeted on arrival and Chris took the time with me to listen to my needs and present me with a variety of options. We looked at about 4 vehicles before he found me a mint condition 2007 Hyundai Tiburon with only 39000 miles.It was love at first site. Chris got me a price that I thought was more than fair and my finance manager, Mike Walsh, was able to secure me finance terms that were far better than I had thought I would qualify for. Every aspect of my purchase was handled in a profesional and friendly manner and I don't think that I can remember ever having a better car buying experience. Nice, easy, no-pressure sales experience working with David Boratyn to buy our used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. David was extremely knowledgeable about all the features of the newer 2014 Grand Cherokee (vs. our other vehicle, a 2011 GC), and took the time to explain how to use all the technology in the vehicle to both of us. Great communication throughout the dealer prep and registration process. As a minor technicality, the vehicle failed inspection because the battery had to be disconnected to perform an open recall before delivery of the vehicle (basic software update to the U-Connect system), but David made this an easy process and made sure to reimburse us in a timely manner for the additional re-inspection needed. Great experience overall, and we would absolutely work with David and Imperial again, in the future, whenever it becomes time to look for a replacement to our other 2011 GC.

Frank Dumas was my sales person and made the experience of buying a pre-owned automobile very pleasant and enjoyable.
