I drove 50 miles to visit Imperial Chryslers impressive facility. Quite a place ! My salesman was Jeff Warren who took the time to go over everything with us. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy- a true professional. I will be recommending Imperial and Jeff to all my friends.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my new vehicle from Imperial last week. I am absolutly in love with my Jeep. I worked with a wonderful gentlemen Jim Durke. Jim not only took his time to show me as many cars as possible we did in in 5 degree weather. He not once complained or rushed me. He would warm each vehicle up and walk me through each and every car I looked at and all the benefits I was in search for. He never once pushed a vehicle me. He was so helpful and kind and caring about helping me. I was not able to purchase my vehicle that day because it was just to cold and dark to really get a good look at things, so we scheduled time for the following day. Jim had a few cars out font waiting for me all warmed up and ready to test drive again. He walked me through all of the features and how things works. He took his time and was very thorough. He also gave me a great deal on my new 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. He has since followed up multiple times even on his day off to make sure I didn't have questions and that I was happy. I would highly recommend going to see Jim for your next car purchase and the team at Imperial.

I went into this dealership with a certain vehicle in mind and drove out hours later with a better equipped vehicle in my possession that was on the showroom floor. The sales person Noor Basar was very pleasant to work with and was a big help in my decision on the purchase I made. The business manager Rami Awad also was very helpful on financing my new vehicle with making my monthly payments reasonably affordable. I have purchased here in the past and I plan on purchasing here in the future.

I bought my jeep at the end of summer and recently had my first oil change, tire rotation, and car wash together. I bought my jeep from Imperial and Bill Shaw. I love this Jeep. I have always owned small cars and was afraid to go up in size. It runs smooth. great in snow. Overall I am happy with everything. Thank you. Plus Bill was very personable. and love seeing him and chatting everytime I stop in.

Rick was extremely calm and patient with helping me purchasing my car. I liked that he did not pressure me and was not pushy at all, overall it was as pleasurable and stress-free as purchasing a car can get.

Went to this dealership due to a Jeep we found online. Called and spoke with Dave. When we showed up at the dealership, the Jeep was parked in front ready for a test drive. Dave was knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Negotiations went well and we purchased the Jeep. The gentleman who handles the financing was phenomenal. He was such a pleasure to deal with and he even gave us a gift card to eat at the Miss Mendon diner. The whole experience was great. Imperial is above and beyond any dealership I’ve dealt with. I will be returning.
