This week I visited Imperial Cars to look for a used car for myself. I found the perfect car I was looking for, a 2015 Jeep Renegade. From the minute I walked in the door, I was treated like royalty. My salesperson Maaz couldn't have been more helpful as he showed me around the lot for different vehicles matching the style and price I was looking for, before settling on the Renegade. Every aspect of my buying experience surpassed anything I could have expected before my visit. From taking care of all the paperwork involving registration, inspection and insurance on the vehicle, the professionals at Imperial had everything covered for me. I also received a complimentary lunch at their diner while waiting for some paperwork to be completed, and I must say, the diner was as much up to par as the rest of this entire organization. I must add that buying a used car may involve some slight imperfections in the vehicle. It so happened that this Renegade was in near perfect condition other than a very tiny ding on the drivers side door. I pointed this out to Maaz after I test drove the vehicle, and he assured me, along with the General Manager, that they would take care of the imperfection before I picked up the car. On arriving friday and being very excited to pick up my car, I examined the door and I couldn't even find where the imperfection in the door had been. Im not so sure other dealerships would go out of their way like that to satisfy a customer. I can't recommend this dealership any more highly. You are treated by everyone involved with great care and respect. Even after arriving back home on Cape Cod with my vehicle, Maaz phoned me and made sure I was happy with my purchase. For a great experience, no pressure selling, and from people who truly seem to have your best interest at heart, you need to greatly consider visiting this fabulous dealership for your next purchase.

The salesperson Kevin De Souza and Finance Officer Jeff were both excellent, well versed in their professions and ready to do what it took to assist me in the process. I called in a few times to check on progress and the rest of the team really stepped up, went out of the way to make sure I was updated and delivered messages very well. I will be checking back with Imperial for any vehicle needs I may have in the future! Thank you all very much! :)

Professional dealer . I made a deal with the salesman firas for the 2017 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS in no time . The hall deal includes the finance to drive the car home ,less than 3 hours.

He worked with us all day to find the right vehicle for our needs and our budget. When we were unsure if this was the right move for us they let us think about what would be the best for us, they did not pressure us in anyway. We went back the next day and Frank again made sure that we were comfortable with everything he also kept on top of the financing to make a smooth transition. The vehicle was ready when they said it would be. Frank went over everything in the vehicle setup our phone and had the gas tank filled.
