worst repair service ever!!!!!!

Dont go here!! They will rip you off! I took my vehicle to hallmans when it broke down. I knew it wasnt running right and got the codes from advance auto. I was also a mechanic at a garage for many years. I didnt have time to fix it myself. I was positive it was the timing chain. first they call me and tell me they need to remove the starter to find out why i didnt have oil pressure. what?! i asked why and the service manager didnt know and said he would back to me. he never did. 2 days later I walk in, the service manager looks at me and says you need a new engine! He said you have a junk engine. he said we can get you a engine with 60000 miles on it for $4000. my vehicle only has 56000 miles on it. I called gm, who called them and told them we didnt want to have it diagnosed. he then tells me that they have to remove the head to diagnose the timing chain! False!!!! and it would cost $500 to remove it!! and another $500 to put it back on. i also told him about an extended warranty gm put on the engine balance chain and fuel pump, he said that wasnt the problem. I had my vehicle towed out of there and took to mcquillens chevrolet. i had to pay hallman $90 for this wonderful service!!! mcquillens told me the timing chain was practically falling off. they replaced the timing chain, engine balance chain and fuel pump. and most of it was covered under the extended warranty. my vehicle has been running great ever since. i will never go back to hallman ever!!!!

Chevy

I've had more problems with this car. In 3 years i feeling like a paid double for this car .. I will not purchase again from there

Very Disappointed and Frustrated $13,000 Lemon!

My girlfriend purchased a car from Hallman and it has not stopped having major problems. Initially they began charging us for repairs until I expressed my extreme frustration with the ongoing issues. Granted this is a used vehicle, however, it was still quite expensive, $13,000, to have to continuously invest hundreds and potentially thousands of dollars into it. These issues have been very dangerous as well. Wiper motor going out during a storm. That was repaired. Now, the new one just did the same thing, leaving her stranded on the side of the freeway with one of her kids. Power steering issues, multiple electrical issues, window motor, catalytic converter, muffler, new tires needed, just to name a few. All after being assured the vehicle was inspected and gone over and had no problems at all!

Frustrating To Say The Least

good and knowledgable and helpful

Ron Seyboldt was very professional in buying a new truck and is always there in helping us with any chevy we bought from Hallman Chevrolet.

Reliable, professional and knowledgeable.

The service center is professional and knowledgeable! The service center always provides my Chevy with the best care. I recommend Dave Hallmen to all of my family and friends.

Great service very accommodating

Both Ron and John were very helpful in making sure we were taken care of. They went above and beyond to make sure we were going with the best option and addressed all of our concerns.

The service manager that I worked this helped to make the process seamless. Frank did a great job. I appreciate the drop off and pick up service as well.

Oil change inspection

Very courteous on the telephone very helpful call set up appointment I got right in at appointment time I was told an approximate time that would be done and was be done before the approximate time overall very nice people in the service area and very very clean service technicians
