Should really focus on not selling lemons. Salesman's should not be argumentative and pushy. Management needs to focus on customer satisfaction. Be fair to those who do business with you. Customers pay your bills.

Ron did extremely well at explaining all the functions of the car and he was very easy to work with. All the paperwork was all ready to sign when we went back. Very easy experience.

I had a check engine light that came on and off. The guys figured out what the problem was when my regular mechanic couldn't. An added bonus was the free shuttle service provided to their customers so I didn't have to sit there all day to wait for them to figure out the problem and fix it. The guys were friendly and fixed my car at a fair price.

removal of the snow tires on the car and the replacement of the regular tires went smoothly as they let me drop the tires off the day before the service and I waited for it to be done

The man Rick I worked with was unprofessional to say the least. Talks over you, doesn't give clear explanations, when asked questions just blames not having an answer on the insurance company, warranty company or gives the answer "He's not a technician so he doesn't get under the cars" explanation when you ask a question and need explanation. Did not feel happy or satisfied in the least bit dealing with him. Talked over Ashley when she was nice enough to try and help me find answers and tried to make it seem like she didn't know what she was talking about. He is extremely rude!

Everything was as you would expect a good business to be definently would recommend to friends and family good quality work and appointment was easy to get
