My experience with this car purchase was a good one.

I am very pleased with the service and personnel at Lithia Ford. The service writers know and greet me by name when I walk through the door. I generally wait for my car to be serviced and if I have errands to run their driver will take me and pick me up. I have purchased two trucks there and I feel I received a fair price. But more importantly to me is the friendly treatment I receive there.

had car serviced on Friday and was very pleased with service again, always very nice and helpful even when the service department is very busy like it was then before the holiday weekend. was talking with Justin sprinkle in sales and very help full, him and everyone there went out of there way on Saturday to help my son get out of a car he bought somewhere else 7 months ago. they spent many hours looking for something he could afford, by the end of the night it was the best vehicle purchase I had every had, thanks again, will buy there again

Purchased our last two vehicles online with Justin. He was able to get us the vehicles we wanted and within our budget. He also delivered both vehicles to Salem and explained how all the buttons worked.
