Fast Did what I needed and sent me on my way with a smile

My wife and I bought a truck through Lithia Ford of Klamath Falls. We live in another state and negotiated the deal over the phone. This included the trade in of our old truck and the price of the new truck. When we arrived at the dealership, they checked out our truck, we inspected the new truck and made the deal. I can honestly say this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I never felt pressured and they did not try to add any extras on the deal. I would definitely buy from this dealership again.

I have never bought a new vehicle from Lithia Ford and wanted to buy local. I was very satisfied with the process and the staff and will look there when I am looking to buy again.

Joshua was the salesman that I was dealing with and he is great. I had talked to h on the phone and told him what I was looking for, a day or two later he drove the car to my work place to show the car. The car was just what I was looking for and at the price I asked for. I told him I would be in on a Tuesday after work, he all the paper work ready before I got there which was a real plus for me. Joshua is a great person .

excellent service, but I must add characters to reach 50. If anyone reads this, at the beginning you said there would be one question. Then you followed with another 10 or so. That's the reason I don't like to fill out reviews, and won't fill out another.

Nice staff. Felt the cost was VERY expensive....$53 for an oil change!
