New Escape purchase

Bought 2023 escape this is the 5th new vehicle that we have purchased and Will has done a great job in taking care of use every time.

Great Experience!

Just traded in my old Escape for a new one. I’ve been purchasing vehicles for nearly 45 years and I must say, this was the best experience that I have had in dealing with a car dealership. It was truly positive from beginning to end, with NO surprises. Keep up the great work Guys!

Do your homework before going here for service

I told the owner and service manager of this dealership that I would not post a negative review if I found the $715 quote they gave me to replace one rear wheel bearing in a 2016 Ford Flex AWD was not out of line. I decided to pull my vehicle out and went to another shop that quoted me $350 for the same job using Ford's o.e.m. Motorcraft parts. This dealership said that they had to charge 3 hours labor and the part was $394 from the manufacturer. The independent shop replaced the o.e.m. part in about 1 hour for a total cost of $358 including tax, hence this review. I have worked in the automotive service field for 41 years, so I was certain that I was about to be overcharged at Chenango Sales. I tried to negotiate a more reasonable quote with both the owner and service manager, but they were unwilling, even after I showed them national estimate ranges for this job by RepairPal and a quote I had received from one of the largest Ford dealerships in the nation, that I had worked with before, whose quote was more than $200 less than theirs's even though that dealership's hourly labor rate is considerably more than theirs's. Lastly the owner said they only markup parts 20% and when I talked to the service manager, he said they don't markup the parts prices, the manufacturer sets them for them. Unfortunately neither party was accurate about their parts pricing in my case. Too bad, they are conveniently located for me, but I won't be going back & I suggest you do your homework before using this dealership for service.

Spark plug change

These guys did my plugs on a 5.4 engine never torque the pugs down had 2 come loose so far and ruin them and I got 6 more that are probably loose over 500 for nothing. Do your self a favor don’t have them fix anything.

Best Ford dearl around.

The buying experience was excellent, and the service has been very good. Best place to get an alignment ever. Decent prices on parts and labor. Never had a problem. They are always very willing to work with me and my schedule.

Always great service

Mercury Mountaineer 2010....lots of miles but Chenango Sales give me great service to help me keep my cars longer. Won't deal anywhere else.
