I came in with my buggy, muddy car to have the oil changed, thinking I would head to the car wash when I was done. But my car was returned to me with new oil and all nice and clean...no charge for the shampooing!

The dealership owner met us at a designated spot and we exchanged our car with a loaner. He took our car to be serviced. When we got our car back, it was clean on the inside and on the outside. What excellent service! We didn't expect it but should have guessed we'd get such service.
