Spectacular
Good service, fixed problem, short turn around. Trevis was nice and handled my issue quickly. I would recommend them. Chrysler should give all of its franchises to Lithia because Lithia run their shops so well. Bryan DeBoer is running a tight ship. Trevis is a part of an amazing team. This auto group is so much better than other auto groups. When I dream of perfect customer service, I dream of dealing with a dealership like this one.

Service was very friendly and professional. Seemed genuinely concerned about the condition and up keep of the vehicle. Started taking my Ford truck to them for it's lifetime oil changes also.

Got What I Needed!
I gave the rating based off of how great the salesmen Marco treated me, my wife and son. He is the best and most respectful salesman I’ve ever worked with. We gave his a list of what we wanted our vehicle to have and he brought us the one. He was very respectful of our price and budget! He was pushing at all and we really liked that! Therefore when I need to buy myself a New Truck I’ll be going to see him again!

MIsrepresentation of product, stay away
They said that I needed a new FOB to make the keyless entry and anti theft system work. Well, that was not the problem, it was a computer problem that according to them costs 2,500.00 to buy and then labor to replace according to their service department. They stated that since I paid less than 5,000.00 for the car that they would not fix the problem. I fixed it with an aftermarket burglar alarm for 300.00 that makes the keyless entry and the anti theft work. They are to cheap to give me the money after I did all the leg work and had the problem fixed. The high blue value was 4,500.00 and I paid 4,700.00. HIgh blue book is supposed to be perfect condition. The car has cracks in the rear bumper and a hole in the front bumper. In addition, the air conditioning system needed to be charged, and gas shocks on the rear window needed replaced. The car was advertised with less than 100,000.0 miles but it had more.. It also was supposed to have tow hooks and it didn't. My advice is, if you are going to buy a car from them, make sure everything is just the way you want it before you take delivery because they deceive you to make the deal when they know their are problems. The reason I know that they knew about it was because the performed an inspection on it and charged me for it. I guess that says something about the quality of the service department too.
