Completed work as requested

Lube Shop worked in two recall repairs along with periodic service in addition to unscheduled oil change I stopped in for. Quickly got me back to my office with a courtesy ride.

Fantastic Truck, Nice People, Great Selection

Very clean, friendly, well run operation. Been to a lot of dealerships recently while looking for a new 2019 3500 Ram truck. Have seen lots of dirty, very unorganized car lots. This one, every truck was clean and shiny. The trucks were all grouped together so it was easy to focus and choose from the ones I was considering to ultimately purchase the perfect truck for my needs. David DeVlaeminck is THE truck guy. He drives and knows trucks. And Zac Smith in finance is about the nicest finance guy you'll ever run across.

Great Customer Service

I was greeted as soon as I came into the service department. My oil change was done quickly while I waited inside in their clean and comfortable customer area.

Everyone was friendly and making sure we were taken care of.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and checking on us to be sure we were being taken care of. Our Sales person John Harper was knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. I would gladly recommend him and the dealership to my friends.

Van for my business.

Dave Duggins is a huge asset to your dealership

When my husband and I came in to take a quick peek at a 2019 AWD used Charger we were lucky enough to have Dave approach us. Super laid back and not pushy. We were not going to buy a car that day but he still hopped in the back of our 2015 Charger Rallye and went out to the back lot to see if the car we came to see was in the bull pen. It was not there. We shared what we were interested in and he called us the next day because he found the car. We came in to drive the car but did not like that particular car. It was pretty tattered, like the last owner really didn't care much about it. We arranged to drive an AWD Challenger. I got very ill that week. He was perfectly patient. We drove the Challenger. Beautiful car, but not for us. We ended up with a dealer trade being brought in. It is just what we wanted. The best part of all of this? Dave customized his care to what WE needed. We needed to spend as little time as possible at the dealership. We took care of 90% of our deal by text. Perfection! I'll be honest, my last purchase at Lithia Dodge Medford 12/2017 of a 2018 Jeep Cherokee was NOT GOOD and then last year this dealership lost another sale to us by being pushy and not listening to our needs and following through. There are several employees there that treat the guests like they are total morons, Dave is NOT one of them. On delivery day we found a couple minor issues with the car that are set to be remedied. The paperwork was ready when we arrived for signatures. I'm totally satisfied with our experience this time. Thank you, Dave, for providing the precise experience that WE needed. You rocked it. At this very moment we are driving our brand new gorgeous purple 2019 AWD Dodge Charger to Portland for a weekend of fun. You're a pleasure to your clients and a treasure to Lithia Dodge Medford.

New work truck

happy with the sales staff, Very help full. They worked all day and stayed late for me to be there so i could find what i was looking for. Brandon Berg and Kris Smith did a Great Job.
