Service expensive
Software upgrade was expensive and solved very little. It was for the transmission which is not under warranty after 60000 miles, to my surprise. Have always found dealership service expensive and time consuming. Always requiring an entire day. Always requiring that it be dropped off first thing in the morning eating in a long line for a service rep to assist.

Ford Fusion Steering Column Bolt Repair
We brought our 2014 Ford Fusion into Blackwell Ford because of a mandatory recall concerning a problem with steering column attachment bolts.
