Great Experience
Had a great experience working with my salesperson Tommy and helping me find the perfect truck. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years and this was the fastest, smoothest purchase to date. Will definitely be back and tell everyone about Zeigler

We had a great experience at this dealership, test drove
We had a great experience at this dealership, test drove a jeep compass and leased it the same evening. Very friendly no pressure environment, willing to work with our needs. Both our salesman Jeremy and the finance manager were a pleasure to work with. I recommend this dealership.

Horrible Service Department!
I purchased a new 2017 Jeep Cherokee and Extended Lifetime Warranty at the Ziegler Dealership in Plainwell. I have no issue with the sales staff. Service Department is a different story. They do not even rate the one star I had to give. I am an older 60 + female and the reason I bought new is for the peace of mind that I could rely on for a new vehicle. My Cherokee has 27,035 miles on it when it decided it wanted to stop while driving saying to put in drive or neutral and press brake to continue. That did not work and the car had to be restarted to continue driving. Very scary and dangerous! Upon calling g the service department and explaining the issue I was told they were doing appointments for September 11th thru the 17th on August 27th. I asked if there was anyway they could do something sooner as this is my only vehicle, Iive alone, and I work 5 days a week. My son-in-law had an appointment for routine oil change so I was told I could leave it and they would try to work it in. Today I was told they were not going to get the Cherokee in until the 20th!!! This is wrong anyway you want took at it!! Why did I buy this Jeep, extended warranty and have this issue on a car with 27,000 miles and a service manager that is very rude, uncaring, and could care less about your issue!! What has happened to Jeeps Customers Service?? I would warn anyone to steer far away from here and the lousy service department!

Just bad customer service
I called a few weeks ago about a vehicle listed online to check availability as I live about 2 hours away. I was told the car was at their other lot and TODD said he would bring it over for me to look at. I told him I'd be there at noon as I lived 2 hours away. I arrived half an hour early only to find out that once he brought the car over for me to look at he sold it as I was driving up there. They were literally finishing up the paperwork as I walked in the door. My anger was apparent as was Todd's lack of concern. He even had the audacity to ask if he could get me into something else. I even went as far as speaking to the GM who basically was no help either other than offering me things so as to bring me back to the lot as I left inmediately. Avoid this dealer. If this is how they do business there are definitely much better options.

There are many place to buy a car, please beware.
I know everyone has a little hesitation in buying a used car - there could be small issues or dings you didn't know about, prior issues. This dealership did everything in their power to hide issues with this car. They hid their photos to show massive rip in the back pocket of the seat, and more importantly, that the car was not under any manufacturer warranty. I had to call Jeep to inquire about fixing a small issue and learned that this is out of warranty. The dealership provides auto check instead of carfax to hide this, and when I told them they said it was my responsibility to research what they don't tell you. Do not go here.

Inaccurate Descriptions
Drove 2hrs base don the online information for a truck. I was looking specifically for a non smoker truck. Text for their ad stated specifically non smoker truck. Drive up there and the lot is filled past capacity. To the point that it is unsafe to maneuver through. This was my first warning sign. Walk inside and there are no where near enough salespeople for the number of customers. I met with someone and they pulled the truck around. As soon as the door opened I could smell the smoke. I commented to the salesperson that the truck was smoked in, she replied that yes, it definitely was. I pointed out the online ad said non-smoker. She said nothing. I hop in and drive it see that there is even a cigarette burn in the header upholstery, water damage in the back corner and the rear window won't roll up. I also noticed it had previously been a plow truck - which I am leary of. I return and nicely tell the sales person the issues. She seems non concerned. I left and didn't bother to look at any other trucks. I'm saddened to see the inaccurate description is still online.

Todd the crook
I tried to buy a truck from TODD. He wouldn't deal at all. So I asked for anyone but TODD. Told Eric I'd pay full price for it, offered money to hold it. He said no need its a deal. Then TODD SOLD THE TRUCK THE NEXT MORNING while we were setting up a rental car to come and get it. And Eric was at the doctor. That's as rotten as it gets people. Don't deal with TODD. He should be fired right now.

Diesel truck service
Jim is an excellent diesel mechanic, when servicing the truck he reviews everything and lets me know about items coming up that will need attention, I like this attention to detail as it allows me to be proactive on repairs I never find myself on the side of the road waiting for a wrecker
