2005 Audi S4

Overall great experience. Car did not last long, two days after getting pricing the car was gone, I wish they would have called me before selling it because they knew I was interested but I cant blame them for that...Its a business.

Amazing Customer Service

Hard to bring my truck in for service and had a funeral to go to where I would be gone for the weekend and the service manager made sure I was able to get to the funeral by arranging for a rental and was very understanding and helpful...Great Customer Service!!! Made my hard time quite a bit easier! Went above and beyond!!!

Update: came back from the funeral and my truck still wasn't repaired, got the run around for a month and 4 visits later I had to take it to another dealership that fixed the original problem within 24 hrs. Had to bring my 2014 F150 in for service. After a month and 4 + trips to the service department to repair a simple leak, I ended up taking my truck to another dealership who found the leak and repaired It in 24hrs. My entire experience with the service manager was at first acceptable, but once I had to talk to a sales manager to get to the bottom of why the ball was dropped not once but several times, we came to a somewhat fair solution: an entire detailing inside and out of my truck. When I dropped my truck for the detailing it was painfully obvious how unhappy the service manager was to see me. A bit of advice for the service manager: put on your big boy pants and treat customers with dignity and respect. Accept your mistakes and learn from them and don't use daddy as a crutch to avoid accepting responsibility.

Great purchase process

Great dealer's sales people and finance man. Rob Caro the salesman was very expedient, efficient and processed the paperwork quickly. He understood where I was in the sales process and quickly picked up on that and did not waste any time. The finance man Robb was also very efficient and did a commendable job getting the financing and me into the car I hd selected.

2015 Jeep Wrangler

Very large selection of cars. I bought nice , clean 2015 Jeep Wrangler for my daughter. She is pleased with the car . Whole buying process went quick and smooth. Highly recommended place to buy new or used car. Mark
