When I purchased my 2022 Explorer Limited I had purchase

When I purchased my 2022 Explorer Limited I had purchase Tire insurance along with Extended Warranties and even Maintenance Warranty. I called today (Wednesday) to inquire on getting my rear tire checked, it has a slow leak. I talked to Taylor and She informed me that they have NO walk in availabilty all this week. Hmm, why did I buy insurance when I can't even get Service done. The sign outside the building states Service Center that was determined to be a LIE. What a joke, not enough staffing to even look at a tire, that's sad. I will have to check and see if I can get a refund on my Tire Warranty. Over the years this is the third time they informed me they couldn't or wouldn't be able to repair a leaking tire and I only went there 3 times with a tire issue they have never been able to Service a tire for me. *** Update: I called Village Ford in Dearborn, MI. what a difference. They said they could absolutely take care of my tire. (No staffing issues there) They said let me transfer you to Quick Lane so we can let you know when would be the best time to bring it in. I talked to Joe from Quick Lane, he said he would do his best to take care of it, bring it in. Now that’s Customer Care!

Service department is terrible.

Service department is terrible. Would not recommend. Charged $1500 to replace my a/c unit but didn’t tell me I had a leak in the radiator. Have had problems in the past with their break repair

Jason helped us from start to finish. He was confident, knowledgeable and supportive. He did all this with a great sense of humor and personality! My wife Rosie and myself could not be more pleased with our experience.

I am still on the fence about leasing a vehicle as I continue to weigh options and remain in contact with the sales agent, but due to the phenomenal customer service I experienced, felt compelled to leave a review regarding my experience with Jalen Ankton. As a black man in my 20s, I was apprehensive about presenting to a dealership independently due to societal stigmas. Mr. Ankton took the time to work with me, provide me his undivided attention and was clearly invested in my experience. In the years I’ve worked with various dealerships for myself and my family’s vehicles, I have never had such a wonderful encounter. Regardless of my ultimate decision at this particular time, I plan to continue to seek out working with Mr. Ankton in the future as I lease or purchase various vehicles throughout my lifetime. 10/10 recommend working with Mr. Ankton.

The service is almost non existent, I purchased a pre owned vehicle from here mid June of 2020 and I have already encountered some simple issues I wanted to have changed/repaired. The sales representative I had, Rick, does not return my phone calls about trying to make appointments, or if he actually does answer he doesn't get back with me about my concern. On top of that he was very rude to me during the process of buying the vehicle through obvious Age discrimination (I'm almost 30 btw I just look younger) he never asked how I was going to pay for the vehicle and just assumed I would be going through the Ford line of credit, which his price numbers were a joke and he got pissed when I said I had different numbers that I was given from my pre approval at the bank that he never asked me about. The service department also has major issues, I called to have something on the vehicles computer changed, sounds simple enough but North Brothers service told me that Ford doesn't do stuff like that and it couldn't be done. I called Bill Brown Ford right after I was told that and asked them to help with the same problem, they set me up an appointment and I have gotten the issue resolved. Needless to say, I will never be going to North Brothers for business ever again, I'd rather do the "Free" oil changes they're offering me myself than even think about taking my vehicle back there. Update: During the test drive before I purchased the vehicle, there was a clucking sound coming from the transmission that I asked to be fixed before I committed to buying. Rick, the sales representative said that it would be taken care of before I signed anything. I'm just finding out that that was a lie, the transmission wasn't looked at, at all. The TSB 18-2079 and TSB 18-2274 were still in the transmission which causes the 10R80 (10 speed transmissions) to harshly upshift or downshift. North Brothers didn't fix my problem and lied to me about it to take advantage of a customer and make a sale. If you absolutely HAVE to go to North Brothers which I would never recommend, avoid Rick at all costs. He should be fired for how he operates.

They will lie to make a sale.
