Great help picking out our new cars. Very knowledgeable on the cars and available options.

Took my car in to repair, hopefully plug a hole in my winter tire without an appointment and also replace weather stripping that the winter destroyed. My car was taken in and repaired within a reasonable time. Everyone was friendly and will go back hopefully not too soon, other than check-ups!

Wish services still offered vacuuming of interior.

Picked up my 2021 Bronco Wildtrak Sasquatch a week ago and couldn't be happier. This was a dealer mannequin and came very well equipped. Many dealers across the country are significantly marking this up to take advantage of the huge demand, but Gervais didn't do that. This is my 2nd vehicle from them, I had a 2018 F150 Limited and they treated me right with that as well. If you're in the area and want to deal with a Family Owned Dealership that still takes customer service seriously, go see the team at Gervais Ford in Ayer, MA. Can't wait to see the Lightnings start hitting the lot!!

Super happy with my experience. Ordered a new Maverick w John and while it may have taken a while to come (chip shortage / other delays aren't their fault anyways), I had no issues with the guys at Gervais and they treated me very fairly throughout the whole process. If you're looking to order a new vehicle through Ford, Gervais is a great choice.
