Excellent Service!!

Best dealership in the area. Always able to get an appointment when I want it. Car is always serviced by the time promised. What was done to the car is always explained. The service department at Herb Chambers Chevy in Danvers is super!!!

Clean professional

I have purchased a new vehicle with Herb Chambers Danvers. Prior to this I have always dealt with a small local family dealership.Unfortunately they are no longer in business. To date ,I have been very satisfied with Herb Chambers in Danvers.The Sale,the Vehicle! And thus far the service department has been great. I have had No Issues.The folks there have been very accommodating,professional,helpful and a genuine desire to make sure you the customer are pleased with their service. If I had any issues I would include in this review but Her Chambers Danvers has restored my faith in a large dealership.

Impromptu repairs needed

Drove my vehicle into the service bay after experiencing repeated stalling while driving. Told service rep that I couldn't take my foot off the gas pedal and had to put car into neutral when coming to a complete stop and keep the engine above idle condition or car would stall. He first asked me if I had an appointment but told him this was something that just happened while driving and fortunately was able to make it to the dealership. They needed to keep the car overnight to diagnose the problem correctly and made arrangements for me to rent a car from Enterprise which happened to be down the street and drove me to the rental agency. I needed car to get to work the next day, and told me if the work was under warranty they would pay for the rental car. I also told them I owned a GM warranty thru 2018. They informed me the next day that they fixed the original problem but found another more serious condition and had to replace the timing chain which involved more time and that they would pay the rental car cost until the vehicle was fixed properly. I was very pleased with their actions and how they handled the situation. My car is running very well since the repairs were made. Thank you for your prompt attention and service.

"GREAT" service

My wife and I were planing a trip to the White Mountains for a few days. I remembered my Silverado needed an oil change. I called your service dept. and spoke with your service advisor Matt and asked if he could accomadate me on such short notice. No problem, Matt made it happen, we were in and out in a couple of hours and on our way to the mountains that afternoon. I also had a concern with the charging system in the vechicle, where the voltmeter had been fluctuating somewhat. That was checkedout and my mind put to rest that all was normal. Thanks for GREAT service!!

Great service and a very clean facility

I had my truck serviced at this dealership. The service department is extremely clean and the service writers are very knowledgeable. My truck was serviced and return to me within the time frame promised. I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone .

seamless service

My 2010 Silverado needed some service repairs. The service department was great! From the desk to the mechanic. They handled everything profesionally and repairs were completed correctly the 1st time.

Excellent service and outstanding employees

Greg made the service appointment for me and Scott along with Matt got me right in. The required service was performed and they got me in and out ahead of time. Professional service and support give me, as a customer, a sense of satisfaction. These folks do a great job, from intake to handing back my truck after service. And my truck got washed too! Nice job guys.
