Great service

I called with two major issues they got me in right away offered a car if mine was going to be more than that day fixed everything that day great service

poor service experience

quoted incorrectly on phone then with hesitations corrected. truck did not work next day after 1600 of repairs and I was to blame, in the end I was told as courteousy to me they will refix and I was left without auto start , after email to gm and corporate with all my concerns no one has cared how my customer experience has been !! so never again !! Chevy owes me!!

Car buying experience.

Our Sales Professional Greg Ormiston was terrific. He made the experience easy and informative. I was leasing a car for my daughter and he went through the process with her and assisted her with showing her the features of the Chevy Malibu. I cannot say enough about how good the experience was for myself and my daughter. Also the Business Manager Bobby Hadda was easy to work with and provided with quick and easy financing. An A+ experience for my family.

Great Experience!

I came in looking for a Truck to lease. I had a car to trade in that I was under water on, and let Corey know where my payment needed to be. He showed me a Silverado, that I really liked, and he came back with a payment that I was happy with. The whole process honestly couldn't have gone any smoother.

Great service

The staff was personable and professional. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had my car fixed in a timely manner. Pretty sure this will be my new dealership.

Another great experience at Herb Chambers!

The body work looks great, staff was very helpful and cheerful and I was continuously kept "in the loop" as to the status of my car - which is important to me. I didn't have to call over and over to get an update. Thank you!

Excellent purchasing expericence!

I could not of been more happy with my expericence...Everyone there was absolutely wonderful, Greg Ormiston knew exactly what I was looking for from my description of what I wanted in a car. He took the time to explain every detail, and helped me through my setting up of the vehicle. John Tammaro was excellent in explaining the service needs of the car and what you offer. Cory was understanding in the financial aspect of what I wanted for my trade-in and my financial needs. Robert Haddad could not of made the signing of papers more comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure to buy my new vehicle for Herb Chambers Chevorlet and have already referred 2 people who are looking for a new vehicle to your place of business. My expericence was a 10+.

Clean, Neat and friendly atmosphere

From the service department to the sales people, nothing but personal and helpful people. Everyone was willing to go the extra mile to answer questions and help out. My beginning experience was not very good because of things that happened to my GMC Denali. Once I realized that I would have to get into another SUV, the people involved in helping me were nothing short of tremendous. They actually made the buying of my new SUV pleasant and easy.
