2014 Chevy Cruze
I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from Herb Chambers Chevrolet in Danvers, and I love it so much! It runs really good and it has everything I want in a car. My Sales Representative was David Gibson. He helped me out with everything. David explained everything to me and showed me how the features in the car work. He set channels that I listen to all the time into my favorites and he set up the Bluetooth in my car. David is such a nice guy and I would recommend him to anyone going to Herb Chambers in Danvers.

I came up from Connecticut to lease my vehicle, and my experience at the dealership was fantastic. David Gibson was helpful and knowledgeable in showing all of the features of the vehicle, and I felt very comfortable with my purchase. Bobby Haddad was also great to work with in the finance department. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

I bought a 2011 Chevy Camaro from herb Chambers Chevrolet in July, and I had a great buying experience. I am extremely pleased with the car and the staff! The car runs like it's brand new and the staff can't be beat. Jorge Filpo was my sales consultant and he was courteous and diligent. Jorge didn't pressure me into anything, nor did he try to force me to test drive more expensive cars. Jorge made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Shout out to Bobby Haddad, the business manager, who is also extremely helpful and courteous. There was no pressure and no heckling, just honest good service... I couldn't be more pleased with Herb Chambers Chevrolet. If you are looking for a new/used car, I would definitely recommend Herb Chambers Chevrolet.

More than pleased!
After struggling with bad car salesmen and dingy, broken down car dealerships for years, I finally came came across Herb Chambers Chevrolet. I bought a 2011 Chevy Camaro and I had a great buying experience. I am extremely pleased with the car and the staff! The car runs like it's brand new and the staff can't be beat. Purchased my 2nd Chevy in 2 yrs. at Herb Chambers in Danvers last week. Extremely happy with the professionalism & friendliness of above employees. Corey, who sold me the car, gave me a thorough education of the new technology as I peppered him with questions. He set up bluetooth phone & offered advice on how to use bluetooth music. Bobby & Bruce ( I hope I have his name correct) worked to make the numbers fit my budget. I was very pleased with this transaction. I would suggest that when you are in the market for a car, drop in & give them a chance. You won't be sorry. From previous visits with my 1st car, ( oil changes) I don't have a problem returning to their service dept. David L.

I went to the Herb Chambers dealership because I have always had really good service from the service department. They are very professional, courteous, and thorough. My husband had purchased a 2008 Enclave from that dealership and I have always had good experiences. When purchasing my vehicle, I worked with Corey Stewart. He was great to work with and he showed he had a lot of patience. He never made me feel rushed about a decision. He was polite, courteous, respectful, and fun to work with. It was a pleasure and I would recommend my friends and family to him.

He’s very knowledgeable, a great problem solver and is very available both during and after work hours. He always answers his phone or returns calls immediately. He is very personable, pressure free and goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service skills. • Anthony Dalrymple was one of the nicest salesman I’ve met so far. When looking for a vehicle he never pressured me once. He was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. Anthony made sure to go over every option, button, knob etc. in the car. Sales rep tricked me into submitting a my credentials in...
Sales rep tricked me into submitting a my credentials in order to go over car details. Devious tactics are known at dealerships selling cars sub par or that have a history of defects, flood damage or accidents. Not to mention, the sales rep was trying to push cars on us that we could not afford ever. Sales rep also flipped us off as we left and drove away which is why we chose to post this comment. We also advised the sales rep to not contact us further, the sales rep acknowledged request and has continued to contact us with proof after the interaction. That is considered harassment.
