The customer service exceeded all expectations.
The customer service exceeded all expectations. From my sales person, Roger Taulk, to the financial person to the tech who set up my car, outstanding. I have used other dealers in the past. Most don’t treat you as anything but a person who is there to buy a car. Crest Lincoln values their customers and sees you individually. I couldn’t be happier and they included many extra perks I’ve never received before or even thought of. Just the best.

My lease was up on my LIncoln Corsair.
My lease was up on my LIncoln Corsair. I met with a dealing rep. and all went very smooth. I also had my car serviced (oil change, tire rotation, etc). I waited a little over two hours for my car. My car was misplaced some how and there was a mix up on who was servicing it. Well, it was found and everything was completed on the car. I was not charged for the service. Everyone was apologetic. I do like this dealership and would not go anywhere else. This was something that was not usual and I'm sure i'll have better service next time.

New 2025 Corsair, need to get work done on it as a spring
New 2025 Corsair, need to get work done on it as a spring is popping out the side of the back seat. when I called the service department the lady told me 2 weeks out for a loaner and pickup. This is not the 1st time been told 2 weeks out by the service department. When purchasing the car the sales person brags about their pickup and loaner service. It's a joke their service sucks here. Never again will I but a Lincoln. No wonder why foreign cars are leading the way in metro Detroit.

Every time myself or someone I know call to get service
Every time myself or someone I know call to get service on their new car the service department always says we can get you the loaner but it's two weeks out. The awful thing about this is they sell you in their pitch of how great their pickup and loaner service is. Just another xx story to sell a vehicle from Crest Lincoln.
