Great customer service

That charlotte was very helpful and making sure that we went over the problem of the car so they could be able to fix the problem. She definitely have great customer service

Smooth service

Very good everything was smooth and efficient on this visit ,I will in future always try to do mid week service as it is so much easier than Saturday

Amazing service.

Everything! From the minute I pulled in, I felt like royalty. Everybody I spoke to was very polite and professional. I spoke to Giaco briefly, super nice guy. Very positive experience all around. I am from Illinois, I work in Racine and I will go the extra distance to come here again when necessary.

Charlotte was very friendly and service department had work done sooner than expected. Requiring 20 words is just dumb. I said what I wanted to in first sentence.
