Great Service
I had an ongoing issue with my car. My service rep, Neil, took care of the problem and also handled a recall issue that I was unaware of. What should have only taken 20-30 min. was turning into hours. Neil made sure I had a vehicle to run my errands while my car was being worked on.

Great service, quality work.
My service advisor, Scott Nichols, was courteous and professional throughout the service process. He secured a quality loaner vehicle for me as my truck required service for multiple items (recall, binding doors, ABS warning message, etc.) that would take a few days. He kept me advised of the status throughout and was quick and efficient in handling the turn-in of the loaner and return of my truck when the service was complete.

I had to visit the dealership 5 times including 1 more...
I had to visit the dealership 5 times including 1 more time that my husband had to bring money due that was not mentioned before I signed for my lease. I was not informed that I had to pay my first month payment on the date I signed, I was called by Ben 5 days after I signed to notify me that I owed $361.00. I was very upset about this and my husband called the Sales Mgr. which failed to call him back. Ben had called us 3 times by this point, but we didn't want to deal with him anymore. No service recovery was made by the sales mgr. I am very dissatisfied with my experience all the way around. I feel my purchase was very rushed and disorganized. Ben's excuse for not telling me that I owed money due was because he sold 3 cars that day. There is no excuse for the customer service I've received. After we paid this money due, I received an $11 check in the mail. We were misinformed on the amount, I don't feel that I should have paid this amount because it was not discussed with me. I do not recommend this dealer, especially after going to Bill Crispin Chevrolet. After watching my husband experience, we will now be doing business with them.

The best service people, n department..
Mike in your service department restored my faith in Chevrolet. He guided me through the repairs and even when he had doubts that some of the issues were resolved, he still give me hope. I didn't buy my new Silverado LTZ from your dealership (sorry), but Mike as always have treated me as VIP and I have found him to be not just a business, but a good friend. I will not ever take my truck anywhere else. I am in Real Estate and people is my business. Mike knows how to treat people even when its not good news. He is a very good asset to Genthe, as far I as I see it, because of him GENTHE will always be a number 1 dealership. Thanks

Outstanding service
My husband took my car in for a recall and an oil change on Monday. He talked with our sales rep, Jeff McLeod, about a trade-in and new car lease. The next day I came in and at the end of the day I had a new Chevy Malibu. Jeff is an outstanding sales person.
