Outstanding service

My husband took my car in for a recall and an oil change on Monday. He talked with our sales rep, Jeff McLeod, about a trade-in and new car lease. The next day I came in and at the end of the day I had a new Chevy Malibu. Jeff is an outstanding sales person.

Great Service

There is a dealership two miles from my home, which I could visit, but I drive six miles to Genthe, because I value there expertise, etc.

My service Technician Scott is amazing. His customer service skills are great and he was prompt in providing me with a vehicle for the duration of my service.

Didn't know what to expect

As a first time car buyer I really didn't know what to expect. I went in knowing the exact make, model and color of the car I wanted so there really wasn't any "selling" involved. I did think it it was odd that after being told it could be months before the car I wanted would be available, I received a phone call within an hour that one had been located. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the vehicle (though more information on the features would have been nice.)

Timely repair

They were able to meet the time deadline that we gave in a friendly and accommodating manner for providing both body work, new tire installation, and manufacturer recall that needed to be done on our 2011 Chevy Cruze.

Great service reps...

Genthe dealership did what they could to solve the problem (exhaust issues). In doing so accommodated my problem of not having a car with a rental. Though the problem wasn't found, we are keeping tabs for future work if needed.

Friendly easy to work with great communication

Communication between Mike and myself was wonderful. When I came to pick up my truck, the first gentleman was busy with a customer, the next 2 'young' men both glanced at me. Neither one said may I help you or we will be with you in a moment. People just need to be acknowledge so they know they have been seen. I'm still trying to get this through my staffs head. Besides that your staff was excellent through this service visit.

Great service

Mike was very friendly and helpful, and kept me informed of the progress. The shuttle driver was very nice and as prompt as he could be with a busy schedule. The coupon made the price a little better. I felt they were honest in what needed to be done to the car and what didn't need to be done.

Great Service

The part that was needed was not available until the next day. I was given a VIP car to drive. This was nice because I didn't have to worry about finding a ride to work the next day. My car was ready the next day and returned to me washed.

great customer service

since ive bought my vehicle from this dealership, every employee that ive had to deal with, has been friendly & has gone above & beyond to help me when i need it. would never go to different dealership. very pleased that i chose dick genthe to purchase my very first new car
